SINGO for Merchants

Merchant Terms

Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. Purpose

These Merchant Terms apply to businesses that submit information to, are listed on, or participate in deals or promotions through SINGO.

2. Merchant Information

Merchants must provide information that is accurate, current, lawful and not misleading. This includes business names, contact information, locations, descriptions, operating information, prices, images, promotional conditions and other information supplied to SINGO.

Merchants should inform SINGO when material listing information changes.

3. Deals and Promotions

Where a merchant provides or approves a deal, the merchant is responsible for clearly communicating its conditions and for honouring valid redemptions in accordance with those conditions during the agreed validity period.

Restrictions, exclusions, minimum spending requirements, redemption limits and other material conditions should be disclosed before the deal is published.

4. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants remain solely responsible for their businesses, products, services, licences, regulatory obligations, customer service, taxes and fulfilment of transactions with customers.

A listing on SINGO does not create an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between SINGO and the merchant.

5. Content and Permissions

A merchant submitting text, logos, photographs or other materials confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials to SINGO.

The merchant grants SINGO a non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, format and display submitted merchant content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote and present the merchant's listing or agreed promotion on SINGO and SINGO's related promotional channels.

6. Redemptions and Abuse

Merchants must keep merchant verification credentials or redemption PINs confidential and use them only for authorised SINGO redemptions.

SINGO may investigate, restrict or invalidate suspicious, duplicated, manipulated or fraudulent redemption activity.

7. Listing Review and Removal

SINGO may review, edit for formatting, decline, suspend or remove a listing or promotion where reasonably necessary, including where information appears inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, expired or inconsistent with these Merchant Terms.

8. Commercial Arrangements

Any paid listing, commission, subscription, advertising or other commercial arrangement will be subject to the specific terms agreed between SINGO and the merchant. These Merchant Terms do not by themselves create an obligation for a merchant to purchase a paid service.

9. Personal Data

Merchant contact information and other personal data submitted to SINGO will be handled in accordance with the SINGO Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10. Changes and Ending Participation

A merchant may contact SINGO to request updates to or removal of its listing, subject to any outstanding obligations or agreed promotion. SINGO may update these Merchant Terms as the service develops.

11. Governing Law

These Merchant Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any separate written agreement between SINGO and the merchant.

12. Contact
