1. About SINGO

SINGO is a Singapore discovery and travel-assistance platform that may provide information about places, merchants, deals, services, attractions, transport, navigation and other travel-related information.

By accessing or using SINGO, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

2. Travel and AI Information

Ask SINGO may use artificial intelligence to understand questions and present information. AI-generated explanations and recommendations may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated.

Transport routes, arrival information, opening hours, prices, availability, event details, promotions, dietary or halal information and other time-sensitive information may change. Where important, users should verify information with the relevant merchant, operator or authoritative source before relying on it.

SINGO is a travel-assistance and discovery service and does not provide emergency, medical, legal, immigration or other professional advice.

3. Maps, Navigation and Transport

Navigation and transport information may depend on third-party or public data services. Routes, arrival times, disruptions, walking paths and travel durations may change because of operating conditions, closures, traffic, service disruptions or other factors.

Users remain responsible for observing signs, official instructions, road and transport rules, accessibility needs and conditions around them while travelling.

4. Merchant Listings and Deals

Merchant listings, deals and promotions may be provided by or based on information from participating merchants. Unless expressly stated otherwise, participating merchants are independent businesses and are not agents or employees of SINGO.

Deals may be subject to eligibility requirements, validity periods, stock or capacity limits, exclusions and merchant-specific conditions displayed with the offer.

The merchant is responsible for providing the relevant goods or services and honouring an eligible offer according to its stated terms.

5. Redemptions

SINGO may use verification mechanisms to record or confirm redemptions. We may reject, restrict or invalidate attempts that appear duplicated, expired, fraudulent, automated or otherwise inconsistent with an offer's conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• use SINGO for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• submit fraudulent claims or redemptions;
• impersonate another person or business;
• attempt unauthorised access to SINGO or its systems;
• interfere with security or normal operation of the service;
• use automated methods in a way that overloads, disrupts or improperly extracts data from the service; or
• upload or transmit malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

7. Third-Party Services

SINGO may contain information, links or functionality provided by third parties. Your use of a third-party website, merchant, booking provider, transport operator or other service may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

SINGO does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate acts, omissions, availability or contractual obligations, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

SINGO's branding, platform design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, logos, images, maps and content remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

9. Availability of SINGO

We aim to keep SINGO available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be changed, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, provider outages or other operational reasons.

10. Responsibility and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SINGO is provided on an "as available" basis. SINGO does not guarantee that all third-party information, recommendations or external services will always be complete, current or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the SINGO Privacy Policy. By using location-based or other optional features, you control whether to provide the permissions required for those features.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as SINGO develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date shown on this page. Your continued use of SINGO after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute relating to these Terms or use of SINGO will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, subject to any rights or procedures that apply under applicable law.
